Enable File and Printer Sharing

Hi All,

I am working on an application (VC++) and i need to check whether "File and
Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" (which appears on the Network
Properties) is enabled.
If Disabled,Enable the File and Printer sharing option .

can anyone pls let me know how to do this programatically or give me some
useful links to achieve the same.
