Author Direct3D and ATL window

I have a project that requires us to seemlessly switch between a
Direct3D window and a Flash window. My initial thought is to create the
application with two main HWND's with only one visible at a time. One
hosts Direct3D and the other hosts the IWebBrowser2 ActiveX control. To
switch between the two, I'll just set the visibility to TRUE or FALSE on
each of them. Any suggestions for alternative solutions? Is there a
more elegant way to do this?

Thanks!

Gary.
