Software Engineers(2-4 Yrs Experience)
Qualification : Engineer from reputed institution/MCA

Technologists with any of the below skills set

1) C++, distributed application development under Linux, Unix and
Windows, Telecom and IP protocols i.e. ISDN, SS7, R2, R1, H.323,
SIP MGCP etc.

2) C++ and DBMS, SQL, across all platforms for Linux, NT and Unix.

3) VC++. Net, MFC and Win32 Programming, H.323, TCPIP, ISDN, SS7, SIP,
Embedded VC, Windows CE

4) C++, Unix experience on multi-threaded development in Windows
environment with a strong understanding of software testing
concepts.

Sr.Software Engineers(4-5 Yrs Experience)

Technologists with strong designing capabilities, good industry
outlook, Entrepreneurial bent of mind and proactive in approach.

Engineers with any of the skills set mentioned below

1) C++/C on Linux, Unix and Windows server, Solaris, protocols like,
SS7, MRFR2, DTMF,IP architecture H.323 and SIP, Voice compression
technique

2) VC++ .Net, multi-threaded development in Windows environment, hold
on voice compression and decompression techniques, protocols such
as H.323 and SIP etc. Familiarity with GUI Design for end-users

3) Database designing, .Net, Cold-Fusion/Java, J2EE, J2ME background,
develop.

4) C++, TCP/UDP/IP, RTP Embedded programming, DSP designing. VOIP
protocols H.323, SIP, MGCP), audio/video compression algorithms,
LINUX, VxWorks.
