Need quick ActiveX/Flash programing done.

This probably is NOT the right place, but:

I need someone who can program an ActiveX module to integrate into my C
program to play flash files! And I need to find this person urgently!

It's a simple and quick job,am willing to pay well, even for work already
done, just make it into a DLL I can use. I really don't care if this is
something someone else has already done!
