Visual Studio Setup - Connect to Team Foundation server failed : Service Unavailable

Connect to Team Foundation server failed : Service Unavailable

I have followed the beta 3 installation guide to setup the following in ONE
machine
1) Windows 2003 Std edt with SP1
2) SQL server 2005 Std edt
3) SharePoint service with SP2
4) Team Foundation server in single-server mode including the TF Build and
TFS proxy
5) Setup the VS 2005 RC version
6) Setup the MS Office 2003 and MS Office Prof 2003
7) Setup the Team Explorer

However, when I start the VS2005 and click
Tool > Connect to Team Foundation Server

Immediately an error windows appeared
"The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service unavailable?"

Any hints for this problem? problem from IIS / SharePoint? or others?

Don 't know if this will work but i read elsewhere that you could try...

1. restart the TFS website in inetmgr (or iisreset)
2. Restart the TFSScheduler service in services.msc
