Visual Web Developer (Express) and SQL Server 2005

I am curious... the reference to the Visual Web Developer
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/download/) states that before
installing VWD, it is necessary to uninstall SQL SERVER 2005 (I have
developer version - I assume this is me). I don't wish to uninstall SQL
Server 2005. Is there a Visual Web Developer version that comes with the SQL
Server 2005 (Developer version)?
