Permissions Problem

I am trying to get tsweb to work, but keep getting a page not found
error. I can connect using Remote Desktop Connection to the server. I
have also been able to link directly to
c:\windows\web\tsweb\default.htm on the server and it opens the page
and runs great. However thru a browser (on the local LAN) to
http://servername/tsweb I get the page not found error.

I am not proficient with IIS and am lost as to what is blocking it. Can
anyone point me in the right direction
