How do I get the superviser password for the internet

I have had a windows ME computer for years but up till now, I have not been
on the internet with it. I have done everything now to connect it, have got
through to the internet, but it wont let me see any of the pages, it says it
needs a superviser password. I have not been through to the internet stuff
before to set a password, so I don't think I put it in.
I have been through a few of the .inf files but I have not yet found it. Is
it on there somewhere or do I have to go through to Microsoft to get it.
