Author link to Users drive

I have a HTM page saved in a directory on a LAN that can be accessed by our staff. I would like to create a link from this page to a Word document that sits in all users personal network drives as it will need to be amended by them with personal information. Is there a script or wild card that can call this page from just one link. Eg.

file://servername/Users/Tracey.A/DirName/MyPersonalDevelopment.doc

Could Tracey.A (as this would be the only unique part of the file path) be replaced with a wildcard or script that recognises who is logged in and therefore who's personal drive to access. It thought perhaps Authuser or username.

Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.
