Trying to Add a WebService Reference...

VS msg in Add Web Reference dialog... when trying to connect to an external
webservice.

The proxy settings on this computer are not configured correctly for web
discovery. Click the Help button for more information.

I do have a DLink router, but I'm at a loss where or what to do.

I've followed many Google links to no avail...

I have two working webservices on my local server, one is myown and the other is
MSSQL Reporting Services

So, I know I can connect, and I also know there must be a trick of the tale to
connect to a webservice that is located outside of my firewall, or perhaps I'm
not including a correct http:// connect string?
