Hi,

I hope this is the correct place to pose this question.

I've setup SQL Server 2005 and have created a web service which I want to
consume in a visual C# app which I am developing on the same machine. The
service shows up in the Surface Area Configuration Manager as running. I
can view the WSDL in IE, but I can't see it in the add web reference dialog
for the local machine in visual studio 2005. What am I missing?

I have made the user which I am logged in to the machine as have admin
access rights. I have tried the GRANT CONNECT ON HTTP ENDPOINT::MYENDPOINT
TO DOMAIN\USER and I get the following error:

Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Line 0
Incorrect syntax near 'HTTP''

Thanks.
