Ok this is a really crazy question...and who knows I may have posted it to
the wrong site...any help is greatly appreciated...

Is it possible to host my own website with multiple IP addresses?
If so how is this accomplished?

A google search on this could tell you more. But are you looking for the
full setup with DNS servers and the works or just a straight redirector
service to your IP address. If you only need a redirector try someone like
dyndns.com.
