SBS 2003 Management Console question

Need advice on Small Business Server 2003, specifically how to fix the
management console on an existing installation.

I'm getting the error "snap-in failed to initialize" and need to use the
management tool to set up the Remote Web Workplace.

Please send any advice, or refer me to theh proper newsgroup(s) for SBS
2003.
