Hopefully someone can help me here.

I have a Linux web server and when I try to administer it using Frontpage
the error message comes out that the Service point services foles are not
accessible.

I am not running servicepoint so cannot understand why it fails, I have
tried opening it and then disabling it via tools etc and it continues to
fail. Any help would be appreciated.

If your Fronte Page have the compatibility for Sharepoint installed, try to
uninstall it.
