I have install apache web server in the Windows 2003 Server it slow
down entire local LAN internet access bandwidth and the network utilization
is high. When i used netstat -a command line, ethereal and winPcap software
to check the traffic, it show a lot of traffic coming in and going out. But i
didn't browse any web pages. I suspect somebody hacking the web site, virus
attack or infected by spyware. They have hardware firewall in side the
company.

After i scan the virus and remove the spyware, the situation still
same. So, i reformat the web server hopefully 'clear' all the virus and
spyware. However, the situation still same. As a result, i try to swicth the
http port to 8116 (default is port 80) or i shutdown the apache services.
Then, the local LAN internet access working fine. If i use back the port 80
and on the apache services, the situation going bad again.

Do you facing this problem before? I can't find any same solution
from the internet. I really want to use port 80. How did i need to solve this
problem? Please advise. Thank you very much.
