FTP User Isolation

I have a number of customers that need to send me large files regularly.
Therefore,I have configured an FTP site within IIS 6.0 utilizing user
isolation. Everything is working great from the customer standpoint.

I would like to be able to create an admin user that can login and see all
of the individual folders. THis would allow me to provide my customer support
people a single username and password and allow them to retrieve files from
any customer folder.

Does anyone know how to do this?
