IIS warning

I am running Windows 200 with SP4 and IIS server version 5.0. I have started
receiving the following warning in the event viewer. The web page I am
refered to does not exist. Searching google did not help. Does anyone out
there know what is causing this?

The server was unable to add the virtual root '/' for the directory
'F:\websites\Intranet_Lib' due to the following error: Access is denied. The
data is the error code.
