If you create your Web application using FrontPage access on a server with
a FAT or FAT32 partition, you will not be able to use source control. This
is because the FAT partition does not allow for full security functionality,
so all operations are performed in the context of the same guest account.
All source control operations are performed in the context of this anonymous
user (IUSR_Machinename).
