i'm new to the IIS service in Windows XP. i got most of the stuff setup so i
can use my PC as a web server. i think i do at least. i just can't get my
site to appear in IE. i'm not sure why i'm having these issues.

Sorry. This NewsGroup is about XML-WebServices. I mean, how
to design and develope distributed and connected applications
based on SOAP, XML and different protocols like HTTP (and
TCP, InProcess, MSMQ, etc. with WSE and WCF/Indigo).

You are asking about IIS normal issues, so please, submit your question to
the IIS Newsgroups, like the following:
