Is your applcation running under terminal services or on the
PC that is also running the TS session?

Assuming I've understood your question, you want your app,
that is running on server to be able to get the computer
name of the computer it is running on? If so, then the same
API calls will work under TS as it would on your local PC.

GetComputerName IIRC
