Hi,

Do we need to pay license fees to Crystal reports for using Crytal
Reports.NET found in Visual Studio.NET for commercial application
development ?

nope. certain dll's are free-to-distribute with crystal. if it came
bundled with vs.net, then you can add it to your setup.

what is not allowed is re-distributing certain dll's from crystal that is
NOT the developer edition.
