Author How Can I Make Multiple Sections the Same Height?

I have a report that has numerous section headings made by creating sections
with a gray background (see rough approximation below)

---------------------------------
Section 1: Heading Text (gray background)
---------------------------------
Section 2: data data data
---------------------------------
Section 3: Heading Text (gray background)
---------------------------------
Section 4: data data data
---------------------------------

Is there anyway that I can make the heading sections (section 1 and 3 in this
case) the same height? I've tried doing this manually in the designer but they
are never quite the same height when I view my report and look very
unprofessional. If Crystal can't make the sections the same height is there
another way to create headings with a coloured background that span the width of
the report?

Thanks
