Error accessing unmanaged RAS (Crystal Enterprise Professional 10 Edition)

Hi,

Im getting the following error "Failed to connect to server
"Vm-win2ksrvras". Error returned from Windows Sockets API : 0." when i try
to access report through unmanaged RAS(Crystal Enterprise Professional 10
Edition). I have checked the Crystal Report Application Server - Windows
Service is running properly.

I have just installed Report Application Server from Crystal Enterprise
Professional 10 Edition CD. Is there any other component that I need to
install?
