Exporting a Crystal report to .CSV format

| All,
I open a Crystal Report using a Citrix connection and am trying to
export it to a .CSV format but it doesnt allow me to do so. It brings
up the 'Installing MS components' box briefly but doesnt do anything. I
can export to .CSV normally using my regular windows session - the
problem arises only when I try exporting when I am in my Citrix
session. I can export to other formats such as WORD, Excel etc.
Any help/suggestions appreciated !
