chart color degradation to grey scale

Hi,

We are facing this problem with the web viewer where the color of the
chart is degrading to grey scale on our production IIS server. However,
the same thing works fine on our test server. Surprisingly, the
production box has another application that uses crystal and it shows
all the colors without any issue. When we export the report to any
other format e.g. excel or pdf, the colors appear.

What we have found is that the image created at the server (.png file
under temp dir.) itself is in grey scale. Any idea as to why this
might be happening is really appreciated.

p.s. We are using ASP.net(1.1) and embedded crystal10 components.
