the visual basic UFL implements function is missing!!!!

I have upgraded crystal reports 8.5 to cr10.
recently I'm also using User defined functions in the reports.

The user defined dunctions works just fine on computers where CR is
installed. But on client computers they just dont seem to work.

I'm getting this error message:
The Visual Basic UFL that implements this function is missing (or U2LCOM.dll
is missing)
