Author Printer set in report not on poduction system - what happens?

Hi newsgroup,

What happens to the printed layout if the printer set in the report at design time
is not available on the production system?

Which printer is taken then? The windows standard printer or, say, I select a laser
printer at design time, then a similar laser printer?

What effect has the setting "No printer" at design time on the production system?

I'm observing deviations in the printed layout on the production system regarding
font size and text flow, and I wonder if I can avoid that by appropriate printer settings.

Any help highly appreciated.

Regards,
Frank
