I am using CR10 to build a report with 3 linked tables. I want the user to
be able to select from a list of those items in TableA that are referred to
in TableB. I keep getting the entire contents of TabbleA as selection
options. How can I constrain the selections to those items that are used?

This is a new feature of CR XI, but its not in CR 10. You have to create
your own form with a pick-list that you control and pass the selected values
to CR programatically.
