| I installed Crystal Enterprise SharePoint Portal 2003 Integration Kit
to render reports on WSS.
After installing the webparts, I added the configuration as mentioned
in the documentation.
Crystal Enterprise 10 is installed on a dedicated server.
The following messages appears when adding the crystal webparts:
Unable to access the Crystal Enterprise infrastructure at <Servername>
for <my account>. The infrastructure may not be accessible, or you have
not been granted access using automatic sign-on with Windows AD.
Contact your reporting administrator for further details on
availability.
I am able to access the crystal web gui with my account, so crystal
security setting seems to be ok.
Activating tracing through the web.config shows the following error:
Single Sign-On failed. Please try again or try logging on using your
credentials.
BusinessObjects.SharePoint
I do not know how the crystal web part communicate with the crystal
server.
Does anyone had similar problems, or knows how the communications
works?

| I've had this problem but not been able to resolve this. However I did start
playing with single sign on which needs to be activated through the crystal
compentent manager on the enterprise server. Stop the Web Component server
and in the properties for it as some single sign on options, the one you
want activating is Windows AD. Then start it back up, and sign into
enterprise administration, and create yourself an AD account with
permissions, and in theory this should work
Yell if it works
