Visual Studio 2003 Pro/ Win XP Pro
When I click on Tools | Crystal Reports in the IDe, nothing happens. Is
there a way to start Crystal Reports manually?
There is a Crystal Reports subfolder in the Visual Studio folder but no file
that looks like the primary executeable.

Thanks for your help.

I am not familuar with a way to start Crystal Reports without using the VS
IDE when you are using the packaged Crystal Reports that came with VS 2003.

Right Click on the project and naviage to Add

Then Click Add New Item

Then Select Crystal Report

The way you create a report from inside VS 2003 is by adding a new Item to
your project and selecting Crystal Report. If you want to use the wizard to
create the report you will be given the option to use it or to create a
blank report or a report from an existing report.

Hello,

You probably do not have Crystal Reports installed. Put the VS Installation
CD (CD #1) into your computer and Choose Add Remove Programs. All you need
to add is Crystal Reports and Reporting Tools.

Let me know if this fixes the problem.
