Suppress Blank First Page

Using CR10 I have a report with two levels of Grouping (Call the Group 1 and
Group 2). I want each new Group 1 to start on a new page but when I check
the "New Page Before" option I get a blank page before my first Group A
data. I remember seeing something about creating a formula to suppress that
but I can't find that information.

How do I supress that blank first page?
