Author Cant see SQL Server Stored Procedures in CR in VB.Net

Hello,

I'm new to Crystal Reports and have been trying to use some of my stored
procedures and general SQL queries to create reports. I'm using Crystal with
Visual Studio .Net 2003.

I have set up every connection type known to man, OLE, ODBC etc and still
can only see tables and views when I connect to the database in database
expert.No sign of stored procedures.

Am I doing something obviously wrong? I've looked for info everywhere on
this and I'm still as to exactly how a stored procedure can be used
to easily create a report so any pointers on that would be gratefully
received

Many thanks

Jim Florence

Yeah, this tricks everyone. You have to go into the database defaults of the
report designer and check the box to enable SPs to be displayed.
