I have a problem on a few servers and don't know what exactly is going on.
Crystal 8.5 Developer installed and serving reports as PDF via the Active X
viewer.

It seems to work well and with no difficulty but once in a while the server
will be "stuck" and I have to kill a dllhost.exe task run by the IWAM in
order to "unstuck" the server.

Restarting the IIS service does not work. I have to ctrl+alt+delete and then
manually kill the task.

I cannot isolate what is causing the problem. I never could reproduce the
glitch myself.

Anybody has any idea?
