Author Error Loading In DLL in VB

hi all,
I have new in vb programming,i have Faced one problem.I can create on
Classlibrary(DLL).After Completion of coding,I can make this DLL one ERROR
obtain
saying "Cannot load DLL" or "Error in Loading DLL". But this Dll is
including another project it is working fine.Why this happens.Please tell me
Why we are
unable to recompile.This very urgent.
