Author Access violation error

Hello,

I created an add-in which generates an "access violation" error on some
computer, but not mine.
This happens as soon as the add-in is connected, before the
"IDTExtensibility2_OnConnection"event occurs, so i can't trap it inside the
code.

Would you please help me ??
