An issue about trust level

This quesion below bothered me for a while.

I am developing a winCE 4.2 based OS with setting trust level as RUN.

if an AP calls HttpSendRequest() under a worker thread, it fails
somewhere.
However, it doesn't cause any issues if we call HttpSendRequest() under
the main thread.
If we set the trust level as TRUST instead of RUN. Everything works
fine no matter which thread HttpSendRequest() is called.

It's highly appreciated if anyone can give me some suggestion.
