Embed WM Player into HTML page 4 smartphone visitors

As seen on my website ( www.ryanismy.name ) I found code that allows a
visitor to tune into my online radio station via a embedded WM Player. This
code is not recognized when I visit my site through my Treo 700w Smartphone.

Is there similiar code that will allow me to go to my site, see the embedded
player, push play and then enjoy my radio station through my smartphone?
