Problem about the name and relations of images

Hello,
I build a emulator image, then generate some image including
diskimage.nb0, flash.dio, flash.bin, nk.bin, Eboot.bin, Eboot.nb0,
Eboot.sre, and so on.
Whether diskimage.nb0 and flash.bin are generated by post-processing the
flash.dio? If is , how?
Whether diskimage.nb0 is generated throught updating a .bib file? If
is, where is the .bib file ?
How is the diskimage.nb0 named? Whether I can modify the name?
How is the flash.dio generated?

It'd be really appreciate if anyone has any idea regarding to this
subject!
