How to link to Settings>Alarm and Clock or Settings>Sound

I want to create a link to launch "Alarm and Clock" page and the "Sound" page
without typing the number key.
How can this be done?
Can anyone help please?

I'd suggest you send the control panel keydown messages, via SendMessage().
