How to turn on both GPRS and Wi-Fi connections at the same time??

Hi All,

I am using O2 phone model Xda IIs which running with Windows Mobile 2003
Second Edition. I found that it is allow to enable only one wireless
connection either GPRS or Wi-Fi.

There is a inform I found on some website that it could be some policy to
save battery power. I have also checked with O2 and their reply is "Base on
windows mobile behaviour, only one connection can be used at one time."

Therefore, I am wondering:
- What is the reason not to allow both wireless connection to be turn on at
the same time?
- Any way to turn on both wireless connection like change registry or policy
or else?
