In ActiveSync, in the Connection Settings dialog box, I cannot find an
option for Allow Network (Ethernet). The Smartphone Emulator is running on
this PC and it knows that its partner is this PC (because I ran emuascfg /SP
on this PC) but this PC's installation of ActiveSync doesn't know that the
Smartphone Emulator should be its partner. So I found this MSDN page, but I
can't figure out how to obey the instructions in this MSDN page.

| These instructions are only for Windows Mobile 2003 (or earlier) and
ActiveSync 3.x. This technique relies on Remote Sync feature that has been
removed from Windows Mobile 5.
