Doesn't look like the Smartphone SDK was properly installed. If it were.
you'd see a Wizard item for "New Smartphone Application".

Try uninstalling and re-installing the SDK. Also, re-run the eVC installer
and ensure that you installed ARMV4 tools. I'd do that first - before
re-installing the SDK.

Hi,

I had re-do that but end up with the same result. In fact, I install the
thing in another system also end up with the same thing.

Here is the components that I install one after another.

Embedded Visual C++ 4.0
Embedded Visual C++ 4.0 SP4
Smartphone 2003 SDK
Smartphone 2003 SDK SPDPS Update for eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 SP4
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Developer Resources
Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Emulator Images for Smartphone - WWE
Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 SDK
STANDARD_SDK
UK English Emulation Images

Do let me know if I miss something or wrong in the queue of installing.

Also will appreciate if you screen capture on what should I be seeing.

Are you selecting ARMV4 processor when you install eMbedded Visual C++?

Yes I believe so because I always select either complete installation or
select all components in all installation.

Can you screen capture so I know what am I expecting to look at?
