With Windows Mobile Phones you have the possibility to Change View from "One
Column" to "Desktop" or "Default"

Funny thing is that "Defaul" isn't Defaul it is "One Column". For me as a
webdeveloper it brings up the Problem that I can't make good looking webpages
for Windows Smartphones. With nokia phones that have a similar setup you can
use a MIME Type to tell the Phone that there is a Mobile XHTML Page coming so
it can set the view to "Default".

Is there something similar with PIE

Thanks in advance

Perhaps the "MobileOptimized" meta tag would help you. For details, see
