LSP at Smartphone2003

We have trouble with LSP at Smartphone2003 device (Motorola MPx220).
We've created subkey [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\WS2\LSP\our_ins
tlsp]
and placed installer dll (with installation code inside
DllRegisterServer function) .When system reboot, DllRegisterServer
function is not
called from our dll. We try type some different paths for loading our
dll:
\Storage\Windows\our.dll
\Storage\Program Files\OurApp\our.dll
etc...
but no results.
If we ran installation code from our application after system startup
(not using
registry keys) our LSP works correct but conflicts with Outlook
(tmail.exe). Can you advise something or provide sample code for
installation dll (or maybe requirements for it).
