Verizon privacy Alert Popup

Hi,
On Windows Mobile based phones on Verizon wireless networks , when an
application makes a telepohony call ( Using TAPI interface) will there be a
privacy popup screen? I am looking to invoke telephony calls from the data
application and don't want to see any popups from the underlying software.

I heard there was a verizon policy which will force the phone vendors to
popup the privacy alert screen and get user input before proceeding to make
the call.
