Author Speed dial was broken and has been repaired

How do I suppress this idiotic message? Yes, I said 'idiotic'. Now I'm a
programmer myself and I can tolerate the odd programmatic hiccup but this is
ridiculous. What is the purpose of this dialog? Am I supposed to applaud or
something? Should I make pilgrimage to Redmond to offer homage to the
SmartPhone development division because they fixed my speed dial?

When do I get this dialog? When I try a speed dial. What I need at times
like this is for the call to go through! I don't appreciate having to
respond to this idiotic dialog box as I'm cruising down the highway at
60mph.

I'm a developer. If there's anything I can do to keep this dialog box from
appearing, please let me know and I'll write it!

Thanks!

If you find out - PLEASE let me know. I despise this dialog box as a
user as all it does is sometimes make me wonder why my phone didn't
dial.

I found a workaround by accident:
Delete all existing speed dials and reprogram them in.
No more irritating dialogue box.

Don't even know why it popped up in the first place?
