Thank you for following through.

I have tried the below and it makes no difference. I would like to clarify
that:

1. CeRapiInvoke in AS 4.1 works with CE 5.x devices just fine.

2. CeRapiInvoke in AS 4.1 fails with CE 4.2x devices. AS 3.8 does work fine
in this case.

3. I have not tested CE 3.x devices, will do soon. AS 3.8 does work fine in
this case.

So to clarify, it does not seem to work with WM2003 devices but does work
with WM 5 devices.

Thanks,

Adrian

The default device security restrictions have changed on WM 5.0. Once the
device Component of CeRapiInvoke is signed and provisioned on the device,
CeRapiInvoke should work on against CE 5.x. The security privileges
required to perform such an update depend on the device settings as defined
by the Operator or the OEM.
