To remove a program from Regedit? Help wanted

| I am stuck with a program installed in a motorola MPX 220 running Windows
Mobile 2003 SE, and I want to remove it.
It shows up in the "Remove Program" list, but can't be removed. I even
tried to re-install it in order to remove it up next. Nothing can be done.
Is there a way to remove a program from registry? At least, I can try to
re-install it....
By the way, can I re-install the Windows Mobile 2003 SE, by hot sync or
CD..? and how?
Please help...

have a look in:
HKLM\Security\AppInstall
and
\Storage\Windows\AppMgr\
