Is there anyway to change / edit the registry? I've googled for a regedit
for mobile 2003 and can't find one.

If your a developer, then use the Remote Registry Editor in the Tools
menu of eVC.

If your not a developer, or don't have eVC, then try PHM Registry editor.

u can see and edit the registry settings using remote registry editor u can
launch this by selecting the option in tools menu of evc++ editor.
