I am trying to do something similar on a Smartphone instead of a Pocket PC.
I want to use bluetooth to talk to device that has a bluetooth serial port.
I have used the PC to view the services available on the Smartphones. All
the ones that I have tested to date only publish the bluetooth Dial-Up
Networking (DUN) protocol and the Voice Gateway profile. What I really want
is the bluetooth Serial profile. I have tested motorola MPx220, Audiovox SMT
5600, and the i-mate SP3i.

Have you had any more luck getting the SMT 5600 to talk?
